Refunds

Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital courses and programs

  • Downloadable content

  • Memberships and subscriptions

  • Coaching, mentoring, or session-based services

Digital Products

Once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, refunds are not offered. This is because access cannot be revoked once delivered.

Services & Sessions

For live sessions, group coaching, or mentorship:

  • Cancellations with sufficient notice may be eligible for rescheduling at my discretion. This will be detailed in your contract.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations are not refundable

  • No refunds are provided for a change of mind or personal circumstances, unless in exceptional circumstances.

Technical Issues

Refunds may be considered in the case of technical issues, such as:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Technical failure preventing access where resolution is not possible

Any such requests must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service is faulty, you may be entitled to a remedy.
