Refunds
Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Digital courses and programs
Downloadable content
Memberships and subscriptions
Coaching, mentoring, or session-based services
Digital Products
Once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, refunds are not offered. This is because access cannot be revoked once delivered.
Services & Sessions
For live sessions, group coaching, or mentorship:
Cancellations with sufficient notice may be eligible for rescheduling at my discretion. This will be detailed in your contract.
Missed sessions or late cancellations are not refundable
No refunds are provided for a change of mind or personal circumstances, unless in exceptional circumstances.
Technical Issues
Refunds may be considered in the case of technical issues, such as:
Duplicate charges
Technical failure preventing access where resolution is not possible
Any such requests must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service is faulty, you may be entitled to a remedy.
